1. Account Registration
1.1 Registration Requirements

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

3. Account Security
3.1 Password and Login Credentials
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing or transferring this information to anyone else is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Account Transfer

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

- The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
- Withdrawals are not possible until the wagering requirements on a bonus have been met.
- Withdrawals may take longer to process on bank holidays.
- 1xdet reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, it will be carried out at the prevailing market rate. If a conversion fee applies, the user will be informed before the transaction is completed.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive the bonus:
- This bonus applies to the first deposit only — once per account.
- The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times (25x).
- Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.
- Example: If you deposit ৳42,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing your total balance to ৳62,000.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- The wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
1xdet regularly organises various promotional offers and special competitions. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are stated in the description of that offer. General bonus policy:
- A bonus is not a cash alternative — it can only be used as gaming credit.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- 1xdet reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected.
- 1xdet reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers.
5.3 VIP Program
The 1xdet VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on regular activity and loyalty to the platform. The terms of the cashback benefit are set by 1xdet and are subject to change.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Sports betting, live casino, and slot games are available on the 1xdet platform. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:
- Bets can only be placed using the balance available in the account.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
- 1xdet reserves the right to void any bet in cases of suspicious results or match-fixing.

6.2 Live Betting

6.3 Automated Software Prohibited
The use of any bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any other technological assistance in gaming or betting is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule will result in permanent account closure.
7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension and Closure
